Position Overview

State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Join a tenured and successful State Farm agent with over 25 years of serving the Upstate of South Carolina.This is an in-the-office position. Remote is not an option.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their insurance and financial needs.
- Provide quotes and assist customers in selecting appropriate coverage options.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
- Educate customers on insurance products and services, ensuring they are informed about their options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Pass the SC Property, Casualty and Inland Marine and SC Life, Accident and Health insurance licenses. (Two separate licenses)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using technology.
- Must be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses (if not already licensed).

Compensation $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
