I have been fortunate enough not to have a claim with his office and I hope saying that out loud doesn't jinx me. But I would expect nothing less than the exceptional service when or if I do have a claim. An organization is only as good as their support team and every member of his team is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and are always looking out for my best interest. "Thought I paid insurance on F150 that was due on the 7th instead they paid my Ram insurance that was due on the 17 th of September. Then letter came from DMV saying I had no insurance on F150. Due to their mistake I had a head ache to deal with. Plan on leaving State Farm as soon as I can."
